Dr. Ns. Thika Marliana, M.Kep., Sp.Kep.J is a mental health nursing specialist, researcher, and academic at Universitas Respati Indonesia, where she serves as Head of the Institute for Research and Community Service (LPPM) and Head Committee of the URINDO AGE Summit 2026. She completed her academic training in nursing up to the doctoral level at Universitas Indonesia and has built a strong career in education, research, and community engagement. Her work focuses on mental health, psychosocial care, and elderly well-being, with numerous publications addressing issues such as burnout among healthcare workers, quality of life in older adults, and digital-based mental health services. Beyond academia, she is actively involved in national and community-based initiatives, contributing to health guidelines, caregiver programs, and interdisciplinary research, including innovations in AI and digital health for aging populations.
