Prof. Dr. Cicilia Windiyaningsih, SKM., M.Kes is the Rector of Universitas Respati Indonesia (URINDO) and a senior academic in public health with extensive experience in research, higher education leadership, and community service. Her scholarly work focuses on infectious diseases, maternal and child health, and public health systems, with numerous publications addressing issues such as HIV-TB co-infection, hospital-acquired infections, and preventive healthcare strategies . As an academic leader, she has played a key role in strengthening research culture, academic quality, and community engagement within the university. Under her leadership, URINDO has advanced innovative programs that integrate research, community empowerment, and interdisciplinary collaboration, particularly in areas such as public health innovation, community-based economic empowerment, and applied research for societal impact
